Cleaning Equipment: Jetting Videos Show How
Model: Aussie Cobra
Australian Pump Industries, designers and manufacturers of the award winning Aussie Cobra drain cleaning jetter range have released two new videos on the internet. Available to view here, the clips show plumbers just how simple, safe and effective the Cobra range of jetters is to use compared to mechanical drain cleaning tools.
The Aussie Cobra jetter range starts with a 4,000 psi 13 hp Honda powered unit designed for plumbers to clear chokes in pipes of up to 6 diameter. Bigger machines, the Aussie Cobra and the King Cobra offer pressures of up to 5,000 psi and are generally drive by either Honda or Vanguard electric start industrial twin cylinder engines of up to 30 horsepower.
Those bigger machines are good for drains of up to 9 diameter and make short work of tree roots, sand and silt removal. They even get rid of chokes generated by grease and fat said Aussie Pumps’ Hamish Lorenz.
The videos show how easy the machines are to operate and just how versatile they are as both drain cleaners and high pressure water blasters. Cobras don’t just clean drains said Lorenz, They’re just as effective for graffiti removal, footpath cleaning or even machine wash down he said.
The movies also show the operation of the Aussie Mini Reel. This is a handy attachment that enables the operator to clear blocked drains in difficult to access locations. Using the Mini Reel means the operator can control the full functions of the machine from up to 60 metres away, enabling him to operate indoors, with the big engine drive parent equipment jetter outside the building.
Aussie Cobra jetters are becoming increasingly popular with councils, plumbers and industry. They can unblock sewer lines and, with the high pressure gun supplied with each machine as standard equipment, clean up the site at the end of the job.
