On Board Technical Service & Support

Our team of factory trained engineers provide top quality maintenance support for a wide range of military marine products including pumps, valves, electric and hydraulic actuators and other ancillary fluid and pneumatic system equipment.

We maintain reverse osmosis systems, install and repair actuated valves and troubleshoot a wide range of sophisticated electrical equipment.

Workshop/Warehouse facility

Our 2½ acre works complex in Sydney’s Norwest district includes a specialised Defence Support Repair facility. The workshop is equipped with special tools and test equipment to enable the prompt repair and test of a wide range of vital defence equipment.

The workshop is the only authorised Nu-Torque actuator repair facility in the Southern Hemisphere, with staff trained at the manufacturer’s factory in the USA.

The workshop is also a L3 Power Paragon Inc Service Station providing depot level support for major power converter assemblies used in FFG and DDG systems.

The workshop is also equipped with a test rig for repair of valves, actuators and pumps.

Actuated valves can be repaired and tested to original manufacturer’s specifications on a Torque Test simulator installed at the factory.

The facility includes a 3,000 square metre warehouse and logistics support group providing focus and fast response to defence force demands.
