The PU-series is one of the Tsurumi VANCS-series. Made from stainless steel and a special FRP resin, the pumps are lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The built-in vortex impeller and large passageways allow compressible solids in suspension to pass through. Automatic, and alternating options available.
The pumps have large diameter passages making them ideal for septic tank installations and for handling storm water .
The U-series are vortex pumps powered by 2-pole motors. The impellers produce vortex flow that allows fibrous materials and solid matter to be pumped with minimum contact to the impeller. It offers practically choke-free operation in effluent and sewage pumping.
The UZ-series are vortex pumps driven by a 4-pole motors. They feature large passages, equivalent to the discharge bore, giving it excellent solid handling capability. They are ideal for pumping sewage.
The B-series are the base model for Tsurumi’s range of submersible sewage pumps. They are suitable for a wide range of applications.
A channel impeller prevents internal clogging and enables the pump to efficiently transfer sewage and wastewater containing solid matter.
The BZ-series have a proprietary single-channel impeller that allows the pump to handle solids up to 80mm in diameter efficiently.
The C-series incorporates a channel impeller with cutter mechanism. A sintered tungsten carbide alloy tip is brazed on the impeller vane and rotates on the serrated part of the suction cover. This mechanism cuts fibrous materials that flow into the pump.
The MG-series use a high chrome grinding mechanism to chop incoming solids into small pieces. This enables the high head pumps to transfer sewage via a small diameter pipe from collection tanks to rising mains.
With high torque motors and the Brinell 600, highly wear-resistant, grinders, these pumps outlast others in the market.
